How to make a complaint

When the Association receives a comment, compliment or complaint about its service, it must be recorded in the first instance in the Manual Complaints Register and passed to relevant member of staff to investigate and respond and log onto the SDM Complaints Register.

Comments, compliments and complaints can be made to the Association:

Assistance should be offered when necessary to facilitate a tenant. It is important to note that the Association can provide information in alternative formats on request, for example large print, audiocassette, Braille.
